You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it, or before the order ships — whichever comes first

Before Shipment

Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placement or before the order ships, whichever comes first. Contact us immediately to process your cancellation.

After Shipment

Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, you may be eligible for replacement or refund if the product arrives damaged or is unfit for consumption.

Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, please contact our support team. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, though we cannot guarantee cancellation after the 4-hour window or post-shipment.
