- A nominal fee of INR 25 will be applied in addition to shipping charges of INR 50 on COD orders up to INR 599
- A nominal fee of INR 50 will be applied to COD orders above INR 599, with no additional shipping charges
- Orders from Jammu & Kashmir and the North-East region will not be eligible for COD

Replacements

Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or broken

- Provide clear photo evidence of the damage
- Keep all original packaging
Wrong Product Received
If you received a different product than ordered

Missing Items
